Like Mother, Like Daughter
About Us
My love for baking comes from the women before me. My great-grandmother and grandmother baked bread every week, making sure their families were nourished and cared for. My mom grew up at their side, learning their rhythms, and carrying those traditions into her own kitchen.
I grew up watching my mom do the very same thing—mixing, kneading, and shaping loaves, filling our home with warmth and the smell of fresh bread. It became part of who I am. Today, I get to stand next to her in the kitchen, not just as her daughter, but as her business partner. Together, we’ve turned our family tradition into a cottage bakery.
Between us, we carry more than sixty years of experience—not only with sourdough, which has become our specialty, but also with breads, cookies, and other baked goods that have always been part of our family’s story. Every loaf we bake is rooted in that legacy, and every bite carries the love of four generations before us.
I couldn’t do any of this without my husband. He is my rock, my biggest supporter, and the one who cheers me on through every step of this journey. I absolutely love baking for him—there’s nothing more rewarding than watching him enjoy something fresh from the oven. And it doesn’t stop there: one of my greatest joys is baking for our friends and family, filling their tables with the same love and tradition that has been passed down through mine.
For us, baking isn’t just about food—it’s about family, heritage, and community. It’s about sharing the joy of something homemade with the people we love, and now, with you.
